Internship Opportunity in Human Resources

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees, including orientation sessions and documentation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate record-keeping of employee information.
- Assist in conducting training and development programs.
- Collect and analyze employee feedback and performance data.
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Job and Personal Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Positive attitude, proactivity, and a genuine interest in HR practices.
