Internship Position: Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team in Gran Canaria. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources while contributing to our strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing training materials and new hire orientation sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and assist in payroll-related tasks.
  • Participate in the development of HR policies and documentation.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in implementing new strategies.
  • Support employee engagement activities and organizational development initiatives.

Job and Personal Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Passion for human resources and a desire to learn.
