Job Description

As an Education / Teaching Assistant, you will support lead teachers in the classroom, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment for students. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting with lesson planning and preparation of teaching materials.
• Supporting students with their personal and academic development.
• Helping to manage classroom behavior and maintaining discipline.
• Encouraging student participation and engagement during lessons.
• Facilitating small group and one-on-one instructional support.
• Contributing to the planning of extracurricular activities and school events.
• Monitoring and recording students' progress and providing feedback to teachers.

Personal Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in education or child development.
• Experience working in educational settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
