Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the position of an Education / Teaching Assistant in a well-established school in Fuerteventura, Spain. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting teachers in instructing students by preparing learning materials, implementing educational activities, maintaining classroom order, and assisting students with their individual needs, enhancing their academic growth and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist teachers in preparing and implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Provide relevant support to students on an individual or group basis.
- Help monitor students' progress by tracking and documenting performance.
- Ensure a safe and clean learning environment for students, adhering to school protocols.
- Contribute to maintaining strong parent-teacher relations.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a relevant certification in Teaching/Education.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be a significant advantage.
- Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively with staff, parents, and students.
