Responsibilities

• Support the sales department in pursuing new market opportunities by identifying and communicating potential prospects.
• Assist in customer relationship management and responding to client queries.
• Participate in sales presentations in collaboration with experienced members.
• Conduct market research to identify market trends and competitive intelligence.
• Help in the management and organization of sales materials and documents.
• Participate in team meetings, providing thoughtful insight and innovative ideas.

Qualifications

The applicant should be a degree holder or currently enrolled in a Business Administration course or any related field. He/She should be proficient in Spanish and English language, both written and oral. Strong interpersonal skills, an ability to persuade, excellent presentation skills, and a keen eye for details is required. A demonstrated interest in sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment is also essential.

Personal Requirements

The ideal candidate must be proactive with a problem-solving attitude, able to prioritize tasks and work under little supervision. Teamwork orientation and the ability to adapt and learn quickly will be highly valued. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite would be a plus.
