Job Description:

As a Management Intern, you will take part in the daily operations and large-scale strategic decisions of our Fuerteventura branch. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting in project management and coordination, whilst learning from the very best in the industry.
• Participating in strategic planning and problem-solving sessions.
• Supporting the preparation of operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency.
• Maintaining and establishing strong working relationships with both internal team members and external partners.
• Understanding the dynamics of various department operations within the company.

Job Requirements:

We are looking forward to welcoming candidates who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management or a related field. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are a must. Knowledge of additional language(s) would be a plus. The candidate should be able to demonstrate good organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure. The individual should also have proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software.
