Position: English Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering English language lessons across various levels.
• Support students in developing their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Organize and conduct complementary language activities, including games, workshops, and language clubs.
• Provide individual or small group tutoring sessions to students requiring additional support.
• Facilitate conversation practice to enhance student fluency and confidence.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to teachers and students alike.
• Contribute to the development of teaching materials and resources.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as class registration and attendance tracking.

Job Requirements

• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Educational background in languages, education, or a related field.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring English is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.
