Our collaborator is a leading short-term rental company that specializes in providing high-quality accommodations for travellers around the world. Their portfolio includes a diverse range of properties, from apartments to luxurious villas, all designed to provide a comfortable and memorable stay for our guests.

They are seeking a highly motivated and organized Hospitality Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the operations of a fast-paced hospitality company. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure the smooth management of our properties and the satisfaction of our guests.

 

Tareas

TASKS:

•Assist in the coordination of guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all guests.

• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure properties are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards before guest satisfaction.

•Support in managing guest inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Assist with the maintenance of property listings on various online platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

• Participate in property inspections to identify maintenance or improvement needs.

•Contribute to the development of guest guides and informational materials for each property.

•Help maintain relationships with third-party service providers such as maintenance teams and local vendors.

•Assist in data entry and record keeping related to property operations.

• Stay informed about local events and attractions to provide recommendations to guests.

Requisitos

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality management, business, or related program.

•  Strong organized skills and attention to detail.

•Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

•Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management systems is a plus.

•Basic knowledge of the short-term rental industry and online booking platforms is beneficial.
