Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns.
• Contribute creative ideas for new advertising strategies.
• Perform market and audience research to help in campaign targeting.
• Assist with the creation of presentations and pitch materials.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and create performance reports.
• Participate in and contribute to team meetings and workshops.

Personal and Job Requirements:

• Studying or recent graduate with a Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen understanding and interest in the advertising industry.
• Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to use creative problem-solving techniques.
• Experience or willingness to learn about digital advertising tools and platforms.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
