Job Description

As an English Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting lead teachers in classroom activities and lesson preparations.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Facilitating small group discussions and conversation sessions to enhance students' speaking and listening skills.
• Providing constructive feedback to students on their progress and language use.
• Organizing and participating in cultural events and extracurricular activities to promote language learning.
• Conducting language workshops and tutoring sessions for students needing additional support.
• Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to active learning.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Fluent in English, with a strong command of grammar and language structure.
• A degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
• A passion for teaching and a genuine interest in language and cultural exchange.
• Prior experience in a teaching, tutoring, or language assistant role is desirable.
