Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Education/Teaching Assistant to support our teaching staff and enhance the educational experience of our students. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
• Supporting students with diverse learning needs, including those with special educational requirements.
• Preparing classroom materials and resources to facilitate effective learning.
• Supervising students during activities, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
• Helping with the assessment and tracking of student progress.
• Communicating with parents and guardians regarding student development as necessary.
• Participating in staff meetings and contributing to professional development opportunities.

Job Requirements

• A relevant qualification in education or related field.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Catalan is an advantage.
