Paid customer relations internship in a photography studio in Barcelona

Our collaborator is a photography studio located in the center of Barcelona. ​​They combine two unique concepts: Wonderstory, specialized in newborn, pregnant and family photography, and YOULO - a new self-portrait studio, a new concept in Europe of professional photography without a photographer .

They are looking for a responsible person to help manage the studio and interact with clients. You will work on both projects, including conducting YOULO sessions, communicating with clients and partners, and managing the studio's internal processes. This position is ideal for someone interested in B2C marketing and sales, and who wants to develop in this field.

Tareas

• YOULO sessions: customer onboarding, upselling of services.
• YOULO lead management: answering queries, follow-up.
• Working with Wonderstory leads and clients: sending materials, follow-up.
• Outreach and follow-up with micro-influencers, partners and press.
• CRM and customer database management: configuration, control, email campaigns.
• Work with suppliers: control of deadlines and quality.
• Coordination of internal projects.

Requisitos

• Native Spanish, basic English.
• Able to provide a training agreement from your educational institution. 
• Experience or interest in developing in marketing, communication and B2C sales.
• Ability to manage processes in the office and studio.
• Responsibility, attention to detail, proactive.
• Ability to see tasks through to completion.

Condiciones

• Monthly stipend of 300 euros/ month.
• Working on an innovative self-portrait studio project in Spain.
• Hands-on digital marketing apprenticeship with an experienced mentor.
• Working in a studio in the centre of Barcelona.
• Flexible working hours.

 

Availability:

• Start date: As soon as possible.
• Duration: 3-6 months. 
• 20-40 hours/ week.
