Human Resources Internship Position

Job Description

The Human Resources Intern will support our HR team in a wide range of tasks including recruitment support, onboarding and off-boarding of employees, HR analytics, coordinating training and development programs, and various administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to learn about every aspect of HR administration, as well gain unique insights into the operation of a global company.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Support in recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and interview arrangements.
- Assist in onboarding and off-boarding procedures.
- Help in coordinating training and development programs.
- Manage HR data and run HR analytics reports.
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining HR documents and employee records.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in building a career in Human Resources. Academic background in Business, HR, Psychology, or related fields is preferred.

Job Requirements

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
