Our collaborator is specialized in providing corporations with equipment for their telecommunication activities. They take great pride in the ongoing training of their employees, which results in excellent customer service. Tareas
- Credit control.
- Raise and send invoices.
- Call clients and collect overdue payments.
- Prepare monthly report and debt situation.
- Reconcile bank transfer to client accounts.
Load web orders onto Sage:
- Check stock availability.
- Call clients and confirm orders.
- Process web orders.
- Process web payments.
Sale support
- Handle customer queries with regard to returned items
- Book return items into system
- Send email confirmation on receipt of returns
Requisitos
- Spanish fluent level will be a plus.
- Good knowledge of English (French is a plus).
- Excellent written expression.
- Capable of writing web copy and technical texts.
- Studies related to marketing, communication or electronics.
Condiciones
- Economic compensation: 300€ per month.
Availability and hours
Start date: 3rd February.
Full time position.
Minimum duration: 5 months.
