Tareas

TASKS:

• Support the sales team in the preparation of budgets. 
• Maintain up-to-date information on customers and business opportunities. 
• Recording in detail the commercial interactions and relevant tasks in the 
• CRM system (HubSpot). 
• Ensure that information entered is complete and regularly updated. 
• Send invoices and follow up on portfolio. 
• Resolve queries and provide information to customers. 
• Maintain effective communication to strengthen business relationships.

 

Requisitos

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum education of Bachillerato. 
• Spanish and Catalan. 
• Proactive and decisive person. 
• High capacity for multitasking. 
• Sociable person, with communication skills and teamwork. 
• Willingness to make calls. 
• Organised person with the ability to keep the information in the customer database up to date. customer database.
