MBA Green is a sourcing, product development and supply company for food and non-food, recycled, recyclable and compostable packaging.

Founded by MBA Trading Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, managed by a team of French buyers and whose operational purchasing offices have been in Guangzhou/China since 2008, MBA Green is the direct link with the most competitive manufacturers and industry innovators.

Our clients are: Dark kitchens, restaurant chains, pharmaceutical groups, supermarkets etc.

3 offices: Paris, Barcelona and Guangzhou

Currently we are welcoming interns to our Barcelona office. 

Tareas

- coordination and monitoring of incoming and outgoing national and international shipments

- preparation/follow-up of land, air, sea shipment documentation, customs clearance

- organization/ filing of documentation in Google Drive

- minor tasks in ERP system 

 

Requisitos

- computer proficiency, knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

- self- organized, responsible, punctual, team player 

- good communication skills, both verbal and written

 

Condiciones

- 400 euros per month 

- 35h per week or whatever is specified by your University  

- registration with Spanish social security 

- help with obtaining Spanish NIE

- office in the center of Barcelona
