Tareas

• Assist with the preparation and presentation of dishes, under the supervision of experienced chefs
• Participate in menu planning and recipe development, focusing on regional Spanish cuisine
• Support event planning, logistics, and execution for a wide variety of catering events
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
• Contribute to team efforts to provide an outstanding dining experience for our clients and guests

Requisitos

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related program
• Passionate about food, with a keen interest in Spanish cuisine and culture
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish and English
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Available to intern for a minimum of three months
