Shapers Academy is a fully funded international career accelerator for ambitious young people (18–30) ready to build a real career in marketing, sales, and business development. The program runs for 6 months in total. From day one you are placed at a vetted Ljubljana-based company working on real business challenges — and during the first 4 weeks you simultaneously attend an intensive skill sprint in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development led by a high-level industry expert. No ramp-up period, no fluff. You learn and execute at the same time. By the time the 4-week training wraps up, you are already embedded in your company and hitting your stride. The full program is free — training, placement, and financial support are all covered.

Tareas

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for real business challenges assigned by the host company
• Build and test marketing and sales campaigns with measurable outcomes
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business decisions
• Work directly with company decision-makers on live projects

Requisitos

• Aged 18–30
• Eligible to work in the EU (EU citizens or applicants from UK, USA, Canada with visa support provided)
• Fully available on-site in Ljubljana for the entire program duration (no remote or hybrid)
• Strong written and spoken English
• Ambitious, self-driven, and comfortable with uncertainty
• Prior experience in marketing or sales is not required — we prioritize mindset, adaptability, and problem-solving ability
• Video application required: Submit a short video (2–3 minutes) introducing yourself, explaining why you are applying, and describing a real problem you solved — professional or personal

Condiciones

• Fully funded program — no cost to the participant
• 4-week expert-led training in Marketing, Sales & Business Development (valued at €2,000) covered by the Institute
• Monthly financial support of approximately €1050 for the duration of the 6-month internship
• Full logistical support before and after arrival: housing search, legal registration, administrative setup
• Immediate integration into the Global Shapers Ljubljana community with access to mentorship, workshops, and invite-only networking events
• Expert endorsement and program certificate upon successful completion
