Tasks Description

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of various dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Support senior chefs in inventory management and ingredient sourcing.
• Participate in menu planning and special event preparations.
• Learn and develop culinary skills through hands-on training and guidance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient kitchen operations and exceptional guest service.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
