Job Description

We are currently opening an internship opportunity in our Porto, Portugal branch. We are seeking a vibrant, flexible, and industrious individual to join our professional kitchen team as an intern cook. Under the guidance of our skilled chefs, the intern will assist in the preparation and presentation of delectable dishes in our top-notch kitchen.

The intern will be involved in various kitchen operations including prepping ingredients, assembling dishes, ensuring the kitchen area meets our sanitary standards, and maintaining the quality of our ingredients. They will become a key member in our culinary team dedicated to consistency and quality.

Responsibilities

- Assist chefs in the preparation of different cuisines- Ensure that the kitchen area and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained- Handle and store ingredients and food items appropriately- Learn and adhere to health and safety standards at all times

Requirements

- Culinary school student or recent graduate- Passion for food and cooking- Strong understanding of cooking techniques and methods- Excellent time management skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Good communication skills, fluent in English and Portuguese
