Job Description

The Customer Service Intern will play an integral role in our growing customer service team by providing support to our clients and customers around the globe. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and ensuring resolution, providing product or service information, and maintaining customer relationships through exceptional customer service.Additionally, the intern will gain a comprehensive understanding of the consumer market and insights into customer behavior and preferences.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or related field.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional language abilities is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
