Internship Vacancy: Linguistic Intern, Guimarães, Portugal

Job Description and Responsibilities:

As a Linguistic Intern, you will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of our advanced linguistic team, providing support in core project areas including:

• Aiding in linguistic data collection and analysis.
• Assisting with language-specific research.
• Helping in tasks related to machine learning and AI language models.
• Paperwork processing for translations.
• Assisting with quality control of translated documents.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should be an undergraduate or postgraduate student in Linguistics or a related field, with:

• A minimum of B2 proficiency in English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus).
• Demonstrated interest in languages and translation services.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
