Position: Reception / Reservations Intern

We are offering a dynamic internship opportunity in our reception and reservations team based in the historic city of Guimarães, Portugal. This role will immerse you in the daily operations of our reception area while enhancing your customer service and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle reservations via phone, email, and online platforms with attention to detail.
• Manage guest inquiries and provide information about room rates, availability, and services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of reservations and guest details in our systems.
• Offer local information and recommend attractions and activities in Guimarães.

Job Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Hospitality, Tourism, or relevant field.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Portuguese and other languages is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
