Due to our continuous growth, we are offering an internship opportunity in our Human Resources department based in Funchal, Portugal.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful intern will:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and offering.
• Support the continued improvement of HR processes and ensure that all HR records are up to date.
• Contribute to delivering our internal communications strategy.
• Help execute employee engagement programmes and initiatives.
• Assist in the management of staff development initiatives and performance appraisal processes.

Job Requirements:

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Current enrolment in or recent completion of a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of modern HR practices and employment law would be advantageous.
