INTERNSHIP VACANCY: KITCHEN/COOK POSITION

THE ROLE

This kitchen/cook internship entails numerous responsibilities that work together to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen:

• Procedure following and dish preparation under chefs' guidance.
• Upkeeping and sanitization of kitchen and dining areas.
• Prep of station set-ups and closing out.
• Ingredients' quality control and stock management.
• Compliance with food safety regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate must meet the following:

• Enrolled in a Culinary program or degree.
• Able to effectively communicate in English and Portuguese.
• Team player with a can-do spirit.
• Prior kitchen experience will be a plus.
• Meticulous with cleaning standards and food safety.
