Tasks and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in the mise en place process, including chopping, peeling, and measuring ingredients efficiently.
• Learn to operate kitchen equipment and tools while ensuring all items are properly maintained and sanitized.
• Engage in inventory management by assisting in tracking supplies and reporting shortages to support kitchen operations.
• Contribute creative ideas for new dishes and specials while learning about seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions, gaining insights into menu development and kitchen management.

Job Requirements

• Current enrollment in a culinary school or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and food handling practices.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
