Job Description and Duties

As an Intern, you would be required to work closely with our expert chefs in the design and preparation of signature national and international dishes. You will gain tangible experience in food preparation, recipe development, plating, and presentation. Also, you will also learn about procurement, inventory management, kitchen hygiene standards, health & safety regulations, and take part in team meetings & brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in or graduate from a culinary arts program or related field. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for cooking, a creative culinary mind, and eagerness to learn. You must have exceptional communication skills, be detail-oriented, appreciate cultural differences, and be able to work under pressure. No professional kitchen experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and be a team player is essential. Fluency in English or Portuguese is preferred.
