We are currently inviting applications for an Internship position in our operations in the beautiful city of Evora, Portugal.
Evora, located in the Alentejo province of Southern Portugal, carries a rich historical legacy along with a vibrant, contemporary culture. Loved for its narrow streets, renaissance fountains, and well-preserved medieval architecture, it’s a UNESCO World Heritage site. Besides, the city is also a center for arts, education, gastronomy, and wine production, offering a great cultural experience along with a great professional exposure from the internship.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to different aspects of our operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the development and testing of new product recipes
- Participating in the planning, coordination and execution of events and product promotions
- Working closely with different departments like packaging, distribution, marketing to understand essence of the industry
- Conducting and analyzing market research to keep abreast of the latest industry trends
- Serving as a brand representative, upholding our company's high standards of quality and integrity.
The ideal candidate should be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program with a focus on food and beverage, hospitality, or a related field. He/She should have:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for food and beverage industry
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices
