Internship Tasks Description

• Assist in the development and testing of new product recipes, ensuring quality and adherence to food safety standards.
• Conduct market research to identify food trends and customer preferences, presenting findings to the development team.
• Support the sourcing and procurement process of raw materials, establishing relationships with local suppliers.
• Participate in product tastings and contribute to feedback sessions, honing your palate and sensory evaluation skills.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and promotional campaigns.
• Help maintain inventory records and assist in logistics planning to optimize production schedules.

Job and Personal Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related fields.
• Strong passion for the food and beverage industry with a desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food production setting is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English are preferred.
