Internship Tasks Description
- Assist in the development and testing of new product recipes, ensuring quality and adherence to food safety standards.
- Conduct market research to identify food trends and customer preferences, presenting findings to the development team.
- Support the sourcing and procurement process of raw materials, establishing relationships with local suppliers.
- Participate in product tastings and contribute to feedback sessions, honing your palate and sensory evaluation skills.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and promotional campaigns.
- Help maintain inventory records and assist in logistics planning to optimize production schedules.
Job and Personal Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related fields.
- Strong passion for the food and beverage industry with a desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
