A globally recognized and reputed company, specializing in innovative digital services and technologies, is offering a unique opportunity for a customer service internship based at our modernized enterprise in the historic city of Évora, Portugal.
The selected intern will need to have an inherent understanding of the company’s products and services. This role includes responding to emails, answering phone calls, and delivering an impeccable quality service to our valued clients, focusing on customer retention and customer satisfaction. You will also need to interact with clients on various social networking sites, keep track of customer queries and feedback, and coordinate with the team to resolve them. The intern may also have to assist in organizing workshops as part of the company's project development activities.
Your main tasks will be identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, managing large amounts of incoming calls, handling grievances to maintain trust, creating a detailed report on weekly customer reviews, and following all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
The successful candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor or Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or related field. No prior experience is required, however, six months of experience in a customer service role would be advantageous. Excellent command of both written and spoken English alongside basic Portuguese understanding is required. Proficiency in other languages will be a strong asset.
We are looking for optimistic, empathetic, and patient individuals having strong negotiation and communication skills. Critical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, along with a customer-oriented approach, are vital for this role.
