Role Description

Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Assisting in venue selection, negotiating contracts with vendors, and managing event budgets
• Coordinating logistics such as travel, accommodation, and event setup
• Sourcing and managing speakers, entertainers, and staff for events
• Providing onsite support during events
• Assisting in the marketing and promotion of events
• Participating in post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates should have:

• A strong interest in event management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work well in a team
• A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communication, Marketing, or a related area is a plus
