Event Planning Internship Position

An esteemed company in Braga, Portugal is eager to welcome an Event Planning Intern to join our dynamic, creative team. We extend an opportunity for an Intern to gain hands-on experience and learn how to create, plan, coordinate, and execute memorable events.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to promote events using social media platforms.
  • Answering various client inquiries and build relationships with vendors.
  • Managing budgets, schedules and event logistics like participant registration and accommodations.
  • Detailed post-event evaluations to assess their success and areas for improvement.

    • Job Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or related program.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and event management software.
  • Proven experience in handling multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
