Job Description

  • Address guest concerns and provide solutions promptly.
  • Support administrative tasks, including managing phone calls and emails.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Personal and Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel management software.
