Job Responsibilities:

As an Intern Furniture Maker, you will acquire first-hand experience in the manufacturing and design of high-end furniture pieces. You will be engaged in various aspects of the furniture making process, which includes:

  • Assisting our expert craftsmen in various stages of furniture fabrication, from preliminary design to the finishing details.
  • Utilizing both traditional and modern techniques in the production of furniture pieces.
  • Understanding, evaluating, and applying quality control measures.
  • Assembling and finishing bespoke furniture under the guidance of experienced teammates.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adhering to company safety policies.

Job Requirements:

We are keen to welcome candidates who exceed the following requirements:

  • Currently undertaking or recently completed a degree/certificate in woodworking, furnishings manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Able to demonstrate basic competence in woodworking tools and techniques.
  • High degree of detail-oriented work ethic and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Eager to learn and able to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
