Internship Title: Management Intern

Location: Krakow, Poland

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support project teams in conducting market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation for internal and client-facing purposes.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives.
• Coordinate logistics for team events and client meetings, ensuring all preparations are executed seamlessly.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses to identify best practices and industry trends relevant to ongoing projects.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and objectives are met.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Polish is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
