Internship Role: Arts Management Intern

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Arts Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the arts industry while contributing to exciting projects.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing exhibitions, workshops, and cultural events.
  • Collaborate with artists and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to enhance the visibility of events.
  • Conduct research on art trends and upcoming artists to support programming decisions.
  • Help maintain social media channels and create content to engage our audience.
  • Work closely with the administrative team on logistical and operational tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Arts Management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Personal Requirements

  • Passionate about the arts and cultural heritage.
  • Proactive, creative thinker with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Maltese or other languages is a plus.
