We are an internationally renowned leader in the Animation and Entertainment industry, and we are currently in search of a talented intern to join our team in Riga, Latvia. Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the conceptualization and development of animation from idea to realization.

- Working closely with the creative team on designing characters, environments, and props for animation projects.

- Conducting research on project-specific subjects, and contributing ideas and solutions to creative and technical issues that arise.

- Participating in various aspects of the production process, from storyboarding to post-production.

- Collaborating across departments and assisting in the preparation of presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a degree course in Animation, Media, or a related field.

- Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, or 3D Studio Max.

- Strong foundation in art, design, layout, color theory, and animation principles.

- Able to work well under tight deadlines and adapt to changes in real-time.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.

- Detail-oriented and well-organized.

- Able to take and apply constructive feedback.

- Passionate about all things animation and a keen interest in the dynamics of a high-paced production studio.
