Internship Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our dynamic team in Riga. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of law while working closely with experienced attorneys.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on a variety of topics, including corporate and commercial law.
• Assist in drafting legal documents such as contracts, briefs, and memorandum.
• Support attorneys in the preparation of cases for trial, including summarizing evidence and organizing case files.
• Attend client meetings, court hearings, and negotiations, providing assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with the legal team on ongoing projects and contribute to team discussions.
• Maintain and organize legal databases and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and practices.
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with legal research tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
