Job Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communication, or related fields. Previous experience in customer service will be highly regarded. Additionally, excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian are required. Strong problem-solving abilities, dedication to improving customer satisfaction, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software are also essential. The applicant must have a legal right to live and work in Italy.
