Event Management Internship Opportunity in Turin, Italy

Job Description & Responsibilities

As an Event Management Intern, your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

  • Assisting in the planning, organisation, and execution of events.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
  • Assisting with event logistics, including venue setup, equipment management, and registration.
  • Participating in post-event evaluations to assess the effectiveness and success of events.
  • Working closely with various team members to ensure the smooth operation of all events.
  • Performing administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English.
  • A keen eye for detail and a well-organised approach to work.
  • The ability to manage stress and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • The flexibility to work irregular hours, such as evenings and weekends.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a team player attitude and a proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
