Job Description

We're seeking a diligent, creative, and highly motivated Event Management intern. You'll be assisting in and learning about all aspects of event planning, from conceptualization to execution, for various high-profile events including but not limited to conferences, galas, and cultural events. The internship period will be six months with a possibility of turning into a full-time role.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assisting in planning and executing events
• Helping in logistical preparation and onsite assistance
• Participating in vendor selection and management
• Working closely with the team on marketing and promotional activities.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Preparing reports on event performance and metrics

Job Requirements

• Current enrollment in a related Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
• A keen interest in the event management industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
