Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations within the production department, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
• Support the development and enhancement of new product lines, collaborating with chefs and product managers.
• Participate in market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and preferences.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns by creating engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining inventory records, updating databases, and assisting with event coordination.
• Engage in team meetings, providing input and suggestions to improve processes and product offerings.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for teamwork.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Passion for the food and beverage industry and eagerness to learn.
