Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist in delivering quality and engaging educational content in a classroom setting. They will support the lead teacher in developing stimulating lesson plans that meet the learning needs of diverse students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher in preparing lesson plans and materials.
• Support students during learning activities, ensuring they are on track and fully engaged.
• Monitor student behaviour and provide appropriate feedback to ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Help with grading assignments and recording academic progress.
• Provide individual assistance to students with special needs or difficulties, facilitating inclusive learning.
• Facilitate communication between parents and teacher regarding student’s progress.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Education or a related field. They should have previous experience in an educational setting, demonstrating a passion and commitment to furthering student achievement. Proficiency in both Italian and English is required and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

The individual should be patient, approachable and have excellent listening and communication skills.
