Internship Opportunity - Food and Beverage

We are currently seeking an intern for our diverse and dynamic team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to build a solid foundation in the food and beverage sector in a company lauded for its standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and learn to coordinate the functions of our F&B team.
• Handle customer queries, ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Support the observation, reporting, and improvement of food and beverage trends.
• Actively participate in F&B inventory controls.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of F&B related events.
• Study and learn the intricacies of Italian and international cuisine preparation.

Requirements

• Candidates should currently be studying a related field such as hospitality or business management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English as well as conversational Italian.
• Strong customer service orientation with a keen eye for detail.
• Able to learn quickly in innovative and fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of Italian culture and cuisine is a plus.
