Our collaborator is a small engineering company from Milan. They have been providing services in process safety and pressure plant design for more than three decades. They have an extensive track record of completing successful projects for top national and international companies in the chemical and oil and gas industry, and is currently facing challenging tasks ahead.

Currently, they are providing an internship opportunity for the role of project engineer assistant, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a company committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture where individuals can thrive and grow professionally,

Tareas

Applying for an internship at the Milan office provides the opportunity to gain diverse skills from process safety basics to designing structural pressure vessels, while also understanding European and American standards and codes, main tasks include:

  • Assist in the design and analysis of pressure vessels, piping systems, and other equipment.
  • Participate in project meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Learn and apply industry standards and codes.
  • Contribute to process safety assessments and risk analyses.

Requisitos

  • Degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering.
  • Native- level English.
  • Strong understanding of thermodynamics, mechanics of materials, and fluid mechanics. 
  • Computer skills.

Condiciones

  • Monthly stipend of 1,100 euros.
