Job Description

As an Events Management Intern, you will assist with various aspects of event planning and execution, including:

• Supporting the event planning team in logistical coordination, including venue selection, catering, and transportation arrangements.
• Assisting in the development of event marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
• Participating in client meetings, providing input on event concepts and themes.
• Managing registration processes and handling guest inquiries professionally.
• Conducting research on event trends and competitor analysis to contribute to strategic planning.
• Helping to set up event spaces and ensure all elements are in place for successful execution.

Personal Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team.
• Knowledge of social media and traditional marketing strategies.
• Flexibility and adaptability in handling various tasks and challenges.
