Job Responsibilities

As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with our teaching staff to support our students' learning, growth, and success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting teachers in the classroom and supporting students with their academic and social development
• Helping prepare lesson materials, set up equipment, and keep records of students’ progress
• Working with small groups or individual students, providing tailored support as needed
• Adhering to school policies and procedures and maintaining a positive, respectful, and professional attitude

Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• A minimum of an associate degree in education or a related field
• Fluency in both Italian and English, additional languages are a plus
• Previous experience as a teaching assistant, teacher, or tutor is preferred
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Patient, passionate, and dedicated towards student education and success
