Are you a hard-working individual in the culinary industry looking to enhance your skills?
This position could be the next step in your career! You will be working alongside a talented staff on the coast of Ireland, in a Michelin-recommended restaurant.
EXPAND YOUR CULINARY SKILLS
Work alongside a talented and experienced staff in this beautiful Michelin recommended restaurant on the coast of Ireland.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- fish and shellfish prep,
- vegetable prep,
- plating,
- making desserts and ice creams,
- cleaning,
- and other general commis chef duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for hard-working,
English and/or French speaking individuals with the following traits:
- some kitchen experience,
- HACPP training,
- experience filleting fish an advantage.
LIVE ON THE IRISH COAST
This is a great opportunity to gain experience and skills in a good quality restaurant. Enjoy included accomodations and meals in this picturesque location.
BENEFITS:
Wages are 1200€ a month + approx. 200€ a month in tips + accommodation + meals
Starting: 10 March to 10 November of 2020.
