HR Internship in a recruitment agency in Budapest, Hungary

Our collaborator is a recruitment agency that provides HR and staffing solutions for a wide variety of clients across different sectors. They are currently seeking a motivated Talent Sourcer to join their HR team and support the initial stages of the recruitment process. This internship opportunity can last from 3 to 6 months or more, offering hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR practices.

Tareas

• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack, Github)

• Craft and send recruiting emails

• Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements

• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)

• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs

• Measure conversion rates (passive candidates turning into applicants, interview invitations, offers, hires)

• Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks

• Promote the employer brand both online and offline

• Maintain candidate databases (e.g. Applicant Tracking System)

• Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

Requisitos

• Solid verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates

• Effective time-management abilities

• English at least B1 level (additional EU languages are an advantage)
