Job Description & Responsibilities

The Event Management Intern will be supporting our team in an array of tasks including:

• Assisting in planning, coordination and execution of events
• Helping to manage vendor & client relationships
• Supporting marketing efforts for events on social media
• Administrative tasks related to event organization
• On-site event support such as set-up and tear down

Requirements

The ideal candidate should:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management or related field
• Have exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Be proactive, adaptable and able to handle pressure
• Have basic knowledge of social media platforms for marketing purposes
• Possess working proficiency in Greek and English
